Terms of Use
Last updated: June 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, or running Gobli software ("Gobli," "the Software," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
2. What Gobli Is
Gobli is self-hosted software sold as a one-time digital download. It is not a managed service, not a brokerage, and not an investment product. You install and run it yourself, on infrastructure you control (your own VPS or machine), using a wallet you create and hold.
3. No Custody, No Brokerage
Gobli is self-hosted software that does not take custody of customer funds or execute transactions on behalf of users. Every transaction is signed and broadcast from your own self-hosted instance, using keys and infrastructure you control, we never have access to your private keys or your wallet.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to acquire, hold, and trade cryptocurrency, to use Gobli. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Software complies with the laws that apply to you.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading newly launched Solana tokens is extremely high-risk. Most new token launches lose most or all of their value, and many are outright scams or "rugs." Gobli makes execution faster, it does not make a trade safer, profitable, or advisable. You can lose the entire amount you trade with, up to and including all funds in the wallet you use with the Software. Only ever use a dedicated burner wallet funded with money you can afford to lose completely.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or anywhere in the Software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Gobli does not recommend, endorse, or evaluate any specific token. Every buy and sell decision is yours alone.
7. Payment & Delivery
The Sniper is sold as a one-time purchase, arranged directly with us over Telegram and payable in crypto. Because delivery is a digital download handed over once payment is confirmed, all sales are final and non-refundable once the setup guide and software have been delivered, except where required by law. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design, double-check the address and network before sending.
8. License Grant
Gobli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal or internal business use. Purchasing the Software does not transfer ownership of it to you, all intellectual property in the Software remains with Gobli.
9. Intellectual Property
The Gobli name, artwork, branding, logos, this website's content, its documentation, and the Software itself are protected by intellectual property law. Buying the Software doesn't give you ownership of any of it. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or publicly distribute the Software or its documentation without our written permission.
10. Synthetic Media / AI Disclosure
Gobli is a fictional, 100% AI-generated character. The art and personality presented on this site and in the Software's messaging are synthetic and do not depict or impersonate any real person.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Gobli for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or to violate the terms of any third-party service the Software interacts with (such as Jupiter's or a RPC provider's terms of service). You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
Gobli relies on third-party infrastructure to function, including Solana, Jupiter, RPC providers, Telegram, VPS providers, and the underlying blockchain networks themselves. We don't control any of these services and aren't responsible for their outages, API changes, downtime, transaction failures, network congestion, discontinuation, or changes to their own policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any transaction will execute at a particular speed or price. The Software may also experience bugs, unexpected behavior, compatibility issues, delayed execution, or interruptions caused by third-party services outside our control.
14. Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet or blockchain outages, denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters, government actions, sanctions, war, or failures of third-party infrastructure we depend on.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, make up the complete agreement between you and Gobli regarding use of the Software and this website.
